Raviolis Impression- Impression Dumplings

I love this restaurant. It's a nice, quiet, relaxing place to go eat, with friendly staff. Their food is very good, mostly focusing on dumplings, although they have a variety of other dishes. My favourite is the pork and cabbage fried dumplings, though I've also ordered them steamed, and I've enjoyed their pork shumai as well. I often bring my friends, and I couldn't recommend this place enough!

One of the better East Asian cuisine places in Montreal. We enjoyed our time there and definitely will come back to try the lunch menu.

not soup dumplings but the steamed dumplings are still warm and hearty. i got the chef choice where i was given 15 random dumplings which is a great way to try various dumpling flavours. it's great if you don't know what to get, don't want to just stick to one flavour, or want to try everything on their menu!

I love the fried beef and coriander dumplings and the raw salmon poke bowl!! The bubble tea is also great and the service is always excellent

The dumplings here are so good and such reasonable prices, especially for downtown Montreal. Their weekday lunch specials are a great deal. I had the Pork Mongolian Shaomai Combo and upgraded my drink to a hot and sour soup. It came with 10 dumplings, 2 imperial rolls and the soup. My husband had the Chicken and Mushroom dumplings combo and upgraded it from steamed to pan-fried. His combo came with either 2 imperial rolls, cucumber salad or seaweed salad and he chose cucumber salad. Everything was delicious. The Shaomai are like soup dumplings. So big, juicy and filled with soup. The pan-fried dumplings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The hot and sour soup was filled to the brim, steaming hot and so delicious. The cucumber salad was refreshing and didn't have cilantro like at other restaurants. The imperial rolls were crispy. Dumplings are made fresh to order. Definitely recommend!

Amazing dumpling place right in St Catherine, tried the pork/leek and pork/coriander pot sticker dumplings and both were really tasty and crispy, cold peanut butter noodles also great, price was good too, would definitely try again next time I’m craving dumplings.

Ordered Mashed Potato Dumplings, Tofu with Vegetables Dumplings, Chicken coriander Dumplings. They were very tasty. We went with the steamed one. The service was good as well.

Its was our first taste of dumplings and the overall exerperience was 5/5 for all three: Food, Service, and Atmosphere! We ordered; the mixed steamed dumplings, and mixed potstickers. Both were combos that came with 2 springs rolls (for each of us) to start us off, and a coke. Spring rolls: surpast the crunch test, with 0% sogginess. Flavor-wise; blended together evenly throughout each bite. And, not one-flavor had too much flavor, or over-powering flavor overall to the spring roll. It was perfectly cooked and preped to our liking. Dumplings: were flavourful; and deliciously juicy. And, of course; piping hot fresh off the steamer. It was even more tastey when adding the sauces on the side. My absolute favorite piece we'd chosen on their menu in our entire order. My only regret was not ordering extra (steamed and friend) dumplings to take back home with us! The potstickers: were also very delicious; and flavorful! And, all-combined equally into a perfect and authentic taste. I assumed that the herb mixed together inside of the wrap within the meat, to have been Cilantro. Normally, that herb would taste like soap to the both of us. But, this time we got to experience somethng else. And, we were on the other-side of the herb; where both my partner, and i could really enjoy the taste for once, and became apart of that side! (Ifykyk) We're 4hrs away from the city of Montreal in a small town named Maniwaki, where none off these foods are readily available. So, we were a little apprehensive but for a first-timers perspective all of our expectations were beyond met. We are now hooked to the cuisine, and any chance we can get to experience their food again we will be dipping our toes further 100%!
